The innovative business idea came from two pals, Eddie De Lewis and Will Morris who aim to “change the mindset” of UK employers and provide candidates with more opportunities. The two founders came up with the idea while running their other business, a student-led recruitment company, where they realised that candidates who fail the last stage of the interview should be provided with more opportunities.
